- Vehicle details such as year, make, model, and details of the issue or work you want done
- The town or area where your vehicle is located, and the service address when we come to you
- Your preferred dates and times, and anything else you choose to tell us
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 through this website.
2. How we use your information
We use your information only for reasonable business purposes, including to:
- Respond to your enquiry and give you a quote
- Schedule and carry out work on your vehicle at your location
- Order parts and keep records of the work done

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Enquiries that don’t lead to work are generally deleted within 12 months. Records of completed work and invoices are kept as long as required for warranty, tax and legal purposes, after which they are securely deleted or destroyed.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection on this website, password-protected accounts and devices, and limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
